Over time, classes pile up from old sections, experiments, and pages that no longer exist. Each unused class makes the right one a little harder to find and together they add bloat to your CSS.
That’s why it’s worth going through your class list every few months. Look for classes that nothing on the site uses anymore and delete them. Some no-code builders can show you where each class is used, which makes this much quicker. This is also a great use-case for AI, which can often identify unused classes even in messy projects. If you’re unsure about a class, check a few key pages before you remove it, since some classes might only be added to popups or conditional elements.
