People hesitate to try new things because they aren’t sure it will work for them. You might have a great product but if it’s too difficult to understand, visitors won’t buy. A great way to overcome this objection is to create a “quickstart guide” for your product.
Show how, in just a few steps, the visitor can get value from your product. Show them exactly how easy it is to use your product. I do this every time I’m designing for a technical product for non-technical users. Showing the exact actions someone needs to take to get value from your product is a great way to ease hesitation and get visitors to sign up.
