Everything you need to know about DesignSpo Pro
Do you offer refunds or a guarantee?
Yes! Anyone who joins the DesignSpo Pro community and doesn’t find it valuable can get a full refund within 30-days. All you have to do is watch at least one video all the way through, post an intro, and join at least one coaching call. I do this to prevent bots from joining, scraping our community content, and leaving. To get a refund email me at george@designspo.co.
Can I book more 1-on-1 coaching?
Yes! As a member of the DesignSpo Pro community you also have the option to book more coaching calls if you’d like to.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes! If you’re a student please email george@designspo.co and request a 20% student discount.
Can my employer reimburse me for DesignSpo Pro?
Yes! Many companies offer a “Learning & Development” or education budget that can cover all or part of the cost of your membership. We provide you several ways to get reimbursed from your employer.
The first and most common way is through an invoice. After you join DesignSpo Pro you’ll receive an invoice which you can send to your employer for reimbursement. Please reach out to george@designspo.co if you need helping adding any custom information such as your company name or address.
The second way is through an email template. If you need manager approval, we provide a reimbursement template you can forward to them. Let your manager know you’re interesting in joining a community which will improve your work as a designer. Make sure to emphasize that your subscription is risk-free and will be of benefit to the company. Managers are more likely to approve requests that don’t carry risk and benefit themselves.

Do you offer monthly memberships or payment plans?
We don’t offer monthly memberships because we wouldn’t be able to guarantee that you’ll grow your business in such a short period of time. Becoming a professional takes time. A monthly membership shortchanges you out of an amazing guarantee and gives you worse results.
For similar reasons we don’t offer payment plans. If you’re not comfortable investing into DesignSpo Pro, wait until the cost feels more manageable.
